About the role
- The Recruiting Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support throughout the full‑cycle recruitment process.
- This role manages interview scheduling, candidate communication, data tracking, and onboarding support while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex interview calendars for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist with onboarding processes and related administrative support
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Recruiting or Human Resources
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proven ability to meet or exceed defined goals and objectives
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus; familiarity with Greenhouse is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills across in‑person and digital channels.
