About the role
- 3+ years of Big 4 experience would be ideal.
- This position is available for our New York or Washington D.C. office.

Requirements
- Candidates should have experience with taxation of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures and/or private equity funds and structures.
- A strong candidate will also have experience with capital markets transactions as well as international transactions.
- Candidates must be self-starters and team-oriented, with an eagerness to learn and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- A JD from an accredited law school/Tax LL.M, and admission to and in good standing with the New York or Washington D.C. Bar required.

Compensation
- The base salary range offered for this role will be between $225,000 and $235,000 and represents the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
- Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant experience, performance, qualifications, degrees and location, as well as the needs of the firm.
- The total compensation package for this position may include overtime pay, discretionary bonuses and other benefits.
