Responsibilities
- Independently own cross-functional operational projects from problem definition through solution design, execution, and results measurement
- Drive operational readiness for new Consumer product and service line launches - partnering cross-functionally to define workflows, build support infrastructure, and execute an effective MVP while designing for scalability from the start
- Dig into operational and member experience data to identify patterns, surface root causes, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional partners
- Design, build, and iterate on internal processes, workflows, and tooling that improve efficiency, quality, and consistency for the Consumer Support and Consumer Provider team
Nice to have
- 2-5 years of experience in operations, strategy & ops, consulting, or a related analytical role
- Experience at a startup or high-growth tech company
Compensation
- The base salary range for this role is $123,000 - $140,000 per year.
