Responsibilities

  • Support the development of Housing Needs Assessment(s) by producing data analyses, overseeing project management or consultants, and developing presentations or reports
  • Provide technical assistance and project management support in the development of public-facing housing dashboards, backend data infrastructure, and governing SOPs in multiple cities.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and develop presentations that communicate the impact of municipal programs.
  • Undertake housing best-practice research and develop policy or program case studies to guide clients as they develop local strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum of two years' relevant professional experience in affordable housing, urban planning, or public/non-profit administration.
  • A strategic and analytical mindset with attention to detail and a complete focus on delivery.
  • A proven track record of strong project execution, policy research, project management and results driven impact.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Clear and concise writing skills.
  • Ability to convey complex data in simple PowerPoint design (ability to use Tableau software would also be helpful).
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity to create paths forward.
  • Experience working with high-level stakeholders with discretion and professionalism
  • An entrepreneurial self-starter can do approach with the ability to think and plan creatively.
  • A quick learner, able to absorb and synthesize large amounts of information.
