About the role

The SR400 Express Lanes Project is a transformative $4.6 billion infrastructure initiative led by SR400 Constructors, a 50/50 joint venture between Flatiron Dragados and ACCIONA.
With a peak workforce of over 500, the project also includes dedicated bus rapid transit stations and key bridge refurbishments.
Construction is set to begin in late 2025, with substantial completion anticipated in 2031.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Traffic Control MOT (Maintenance of Traffic) Manager to lead and coordinate all temporary traffic control efforts for the SR400 Express Lanes Project.

Minimum of 5 years of MOT or traffic control management experience on large highway or infrastructure projects.
Demonstrated knowledge of GDOT standards, MUTCD, and relevant federal/state work zone regulations.
Certified MOT Manager, ATTSA Traffic Control Technician/Supervisor, and/or TCS (Traffic Control Supervisor) certification required or equivalent certification approved by GDOT.
Maintain all required documentation, including daily MOT reports, inspection logs, and incident tracking.
Strong organizational and leadership skills; capable of managing field teams in a dynamic, high-traffic environment.
Valid driver's license with flexibility for night/weekend work as project needs require.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
GDOT ATTSA Traffic Control Technician/Supervisor, and/or TCS (Traffic Control Supervisor) certification and OSHA 30 certification.
