About the role
- STV has an immediate need in the Dallas, TX area for a Construction Manager for our Water/Wastewater group.
- Any defects or deficiencies in the work shall be reported to the Owner and Engineer.
- Give observations, opinions, and recommendations for corrections. - Review project schedules and consult with Owner and Engineer regarding acceptability.
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily diary and field records of material and quantities used.
- Maintain set of working drawings accurately depicting changes to the construction contract including but not limited to RFI's, field changes, change orders, and change directives.
- The successful candidate will support our current staff while assisting in growing the W/WW Construction Management practice to better service our clients statewide.
- This role offers unlimited opportunities to maintain existing client relationships, broaden STV's service offerings geographically, be involved in major W/WW projects, mentor junior staff, all while promoting the culture of a healthy work-life balance.
Requirements
- Applicant must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in W/WW facility construction or construction inspection.
- Having broad expertise or unique knowledge, uses construction concepts skills.
- Has the ability to adapt to sudden changes in schedule and/or task.
Compensation
- $130,962.60 - $149,671.54
- The listed pay range is STV's good-faith salary estimate for this position.
- Please note that the final salary offered for this position may be outside of this published range based on many factors, including but not limited to geography, education, experience, and/or certifications.
