About the role
- We engage with consumers & business audiences via organic mobile messaging-based techniques to capture rich, in-the-moment qual/quant human insights at scale.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing custom questionnaires and discussion guides,
- Help to proactively nurture and develop strategic client relationships
- Mentor & manage junior researchers on the project execution & client management process.
Requirements
- An innate ability to find the story in the numbers, and to sift through qualitative & qualitative data to extract meaningful nuggets and insights.
- University or College degree.
- 5+ years of relevant, hands-on work experience, preferably with a supplier side organization.

Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000 CAD with the upper portion typically reserved for tenured employees who have developed extensive job knowledge and expertise within the company.
