About the role

  • Atoms is looking for a detail-oriented HR Generalist to serve as the administrative and operational backbone for our Kitchens, Picnic, and general HR teams.
  • You will handle day-to-day HR operations, ticket management, and hourly employee escalations, moving the team from a reactive to a proactive operational model.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director of HR to solve complex issues, build manager resources, and draft Performance Recovery Plans (PRPs).
  • Coach managers on performance-related issues and support performance evaluation processes.
  • Manage the daily HR ticketing queue, ensuring all SLAs are met.
  • Collaborate with Payroll to conduct regular hourly timekeeping audits.
  • Optimize HR reporting processes and utilize data to identify trends in turnover and performance.
  • Support strategic workforce planning and talent development initiatives alongside business leaders.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of HR experience.
  • Experience with HRIS, ticketing systems, and payroll software.
  • This role is designed for a professional with 2-4 years of experience who is eager to grow their skills in employee relations, manager enablement, and data-driven HR strategy.
