Responsibilities
- Work with our manufacturing and supply chain partners to understand capacity and constraints and analyze potential options to resolve
- Collaborate with marketing managers and customer team to create product forecasts
- Collaborate with marketing managers and the business development team to build strategic marketing models to help guide our long-term investments
Requirements
- Strong technical communication skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and summarize business goals into metrics and dashboards

- The Aerospace, Defense, and Communications BU is hiring a Business Analyst with hands-on skills and knowledge of data analytics and tools to meet our business needs.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Operational Research, Industrial Engineering, Math, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related field
Skills
- 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Proficiency in data platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau)
- Problem resolution: resolving complex technical issues that span multiple domains, applying creative solutions to unprecedented challenges
- Preferred Education and Experience:
- Experience in supply chain operations or project management, preferably in a manufacturing or high-tech environment
- Strong project management skills
