Mitigation Technician Gallaher Co. is a leading construction company with its Hotshot Restoration division specializing in emergency services for water, fire, mold, and other disaster situations.
We seek a seasoned and passionate mitigation technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment!

You'll have opportunities to attend workshops and trainings to stay ahead of the curve and develop your skill set.
Perform water extraction and mitigation to prevent further damage.
Perform demolition work as needed.
Operate and maintain restoration equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in mitigation
Must be a hard worker, punctual, and reliable.
Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including weekends and on-call rotations.
Must be available for emergency response work after-hours and on weekends.
Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and procedures.
Must be neat and tidy in appearance for client interaction.
Proficiency with basic technology, including smartphones, tablets, and computers, is essential.
Valid California driver's license with clean DMV record.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Work safely at heights, following all safety protocols and using proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
Follow all applicable EPA, OSHA, and local safety regulations for hazardous materials handling.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Provide exceptional customer service with empathy and understanding during a stressful time.
