About the role
- Prepare/mail letters to attorney/trustee, customers, vendors or other third parties.
- Prepare Proof of Claims (POC's) for submission, including supporting documentation.
- Assist in creating payment coupons and G/L tickets from trustee disbursements, arranging overpayments to be sent to trustee.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry of various types of information, and from multiple sources (e.g., invoices, settlements); receive and verify accuracy of documents (e.g., titles).
- Prepare Reaffirmation Agreements with supporting documents and mail to attorneys.
- Perform skip tracing.
- Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
Requirements
- Knowledge of M&T Bank systems.
- Associate's degree.
Nice to have
- High School diploma/GED plus 1 year related experience.
Skills
- Proficient PC skills including word processing, spreadsheet and email software.
Compensation

- The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.31 Hourly (USD).
- The successful candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
