About the role

  • The Samples Coordinator duties include receiving, pulling and shipping samples of our flooring products as requested.
  • This is an onsite position and the schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
  • Check email throughout the day for sample and book requests

  • Maintain sample inventory - order replenishment from the mill
  • Coordinator will also maintain sample inventory.

Requirements

  • HS diploma or GED required

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer knowledge and experience in Microsoft applications
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a similar work environment strongly preferred
  • Experience working both independently and in a team is ideal
  • Familiar with UPS CampusShip
