Responsibilities

  • Design, schedule, and lead comprehensive inventory audits of all VGT assets within the facility

Requirements

  • Perform other high-level duties as required to support fluctuating business needs
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse or technical asset environment
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Previous experience in warehouse management and logistics desired
  • Minimum of 21 years of age
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Previous experience servicing VGTs, RTs, Amusements, or ATMs desired
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Illinois Gaming Board Terminal Handler's License
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean record
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills to manage priorities and workflow
  • Proficient with basic PC skills; Salesforce experience preferred
  • High accuracy in asset tracking, serial verification, and compliance paperwork
  • Frequently moves around the warehouse floor to audit inventory and oversee workflows.

Compensation

  • $70,000-$79,000 per year
  • This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position.

  • The Warehouse Manager provides critical leadership to ensure the high-volume facility functions with maximum efficiency, safety, and strict compliance with state regulatory standards. Reporting directly to the Director of Warehouse Operations, this role requires a hybrid leader who balances inventory data control and team leadership with hands-on technical equipment processing. The primary responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to oversight of and participation in cleaning, refurbishing, repairing, testing, assembling, disassembling, and moving Video Gaming Terminals (VGT), Redemption Terminals (RT), Amusement Equipment, and Automated Teller Machines (ATM). Additionally, the Warehouse Supervisor will assume Warehouse Manager duties when the Manager is unavailable.
