This role is responsible for shaping and delivering a compelling narrative about the company's strategy, performance, and long-term value creation.

Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with long-term business goals
Lead development of earnings materials, investor presentations, and executive messaging
Drive clear, consistent messaging across press releases, disclosures, and external platforms
Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and communication of business priorities
Prepare materials for the Board of Directors and support quarterly updates on strategic progress
Lead planning and execution of investor conferences, roadshows, and other engagement opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the investment community
Own enterprise ESG strategy, messaging, and external reporting
Partner cross-functionally to track key ESG metrics and progress against sustainability goals

Proven experience interacting with institutional investors and sell-side analysts
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial results into a clear, compelling narrative
Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or technology-driven environment
Familiarity with ESG frameworks and reporting standards
Strategic thinker: Ability to connect long-term strategy to market-facing messaging

Serve as the primary interface with analysts, institutional investors, and the broader investment community
Shape and communicate the company's financial and strategic story
Prepare executives for earnings calls, investor meetings, and conferences (including scripts and Q&A)
Ensure alignment with evolving investor expectations and regulatory landscape
Monitor industry trends, competitor positioning, and investor sentiment
Provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership on potential risks and opportunities
Ensure compliance with disclosure requirements and governance best practices
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Partner with the General Counsel on proxy statements, shareholder communications, and annual meeting activities
