Responsibilities
- Leading the design and implementation of key product features and initiatives, from conceptualization through iteration and delivery in code using AI agents (primarily Claude) to prototype and build interfaces.
- Collaborating with product managers, business stakeholders, and other designers, to refine product requirements and design solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.
- Presenting design concepts, prototypes and production demos to stakeholders across the company. Fielding questions and engaging in detailed conversations about the user experience, development, and business ramifications of a design.
- These tools are designed to support and inform human decision-making and are not used as the sole basis for any employment decision.
Requirements
- Experience facilitating research and user testing.
- Experience collaborating with development to push production code.

Nice to have
- Previous experience working in a Fintech startup or designing for marketplaces.
- Front-end engineering experience in React.
