About the role
- Join our Outpatient team as an Assessment Administrative Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals seeking behavioral health services.
- In this position, you'll be the central point of communication for assessment coordination, helping ensure clients, referral sources, and care teams stay connected throughout the assessment process.
- Your work will directly contribute to timely access to care and a positive experience for those we serve.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling support and contingency plans during periods of high assessment volume
- Support clinicians and assessment staff with administrative tasks to ensure efficient service delivery
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Requirements
- Associate's degree required
