About the role

  • Join our Outpatient team as an Assessment Administrative Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals seeking behavioral health services.
  • In this position, you'll be the central point of communication for assessment coordination, helping ensure clients, referral sources, and care teams stay connected throughout the assessment process.
  • Your work will directly contribute to timely access to care and a positive experience for those we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling support and contingency plans during periods of high assessment volume
  • Support clinicians and assessment staff with administrative tasks to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required
