About the role
- Doutbless Pet Insurance Partnerships - North America is seeking a Claims Adjuster- Associate who will report to the Supervisor, Claims.
- The Claims Adjuster- Associate is responsible for investigating, evaluating, and settling insurance claims.
- Works closely with veterinary hospitals, and policyholders to evaluate and review a pet's medical history to determine a baseline of health.

- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
- 1 year relevant experience working in a veterinary clinic
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one year college)
- Must have and maintain Adjusters license or must obtain within 90 days of hire
Compensation
- This role also determines policy coverage for the claimed loss and appropriate compensation amount.

- Investigates and processes assigned insurance claims, verifies coverage, and compensation amounts, per insurance policy.
