About the role

  • We are currently looking for a part-time Onsite Marketing Representative for Northwell at Jones Beach Theater in Wantagh, NY.
  • This person, under the guidance of Onsite Marketing Team leadership and the General Manager, will be responsible for multiple tasks that are essential to the success of Live Nation's onsite marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across departments including Premium Seating, the Ancillary Team, and Food & Beverage to highlight specific venue offerings

Requirements

  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Escort and direct approved photographers and videographers to the approved area for the allotted time at each show
  • Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up to date with Instagram trends, features, and best practices
  • Work with our house photographer to ensure quality content is being captured
  • Ensure signage, posters, banners, and digital displays are current and accurate
  • Assist with general venue responsibilities as determined night of show by the General Manager
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Proven experience managing Instagram accounts (personal or professional)

Skills

  • Creative, and proactive with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Compensation

  • $16.0 USD - $20.00 USD Hourly
  • Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
