About the role
- The Incumbent serves as the Audiovisual Information Specialist for the Medical Media Branch of Orlando VA Healthcare System.
- In this instance, you must provide an additional SF-50 that clearly demonstrates one-year time-in-grade.
- This occupational series has an Individual Occupational Requirement (IOR) which is a minimum qualification requirement.

- Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but are not limited to: Video Production, Photography, and Graphics Design/Printing.
Requirements
- For a GS-11 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-9.
- The grade may have been in any occupation, but must have been held in the Federal service.
- An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade eligibility must be submitted with your application materials.
- If the most recent SF-50 has an effective date within the past year, it may not clearly demonstrate you possess one-year time-in-grade, as required by the announcement.
Nice to have
- Producing professional audiovisual products including photography, videography, television/video productions, livestreams, multimedia presentations, and digital media content.
- Editing video, photography, and multimedia productions using industry standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Lightroom, Audition, or comparable editing platforms.
- Coordinating and executing livestream productions using platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, YouTube, or similar streaming technologies.
- Applying advanced knowledge of audiovisual signal flow, digital media systems, lighting techniques, composition, sound recording, editing workflows, and multimedia production standards.
- Managing multiple audiovisual projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Experience with studio photography, portrait lighting, event photography, and environmental photography techniques.
- Experience troubleshooting audiovisual systems, diagnosing technical issues, and independently resolving equipment or production problems under time-sensitive conditions.

- $75k-$97k
