About the role

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other platform technologies
- Build, optimize, and debug complex declarative automation (Flows) aligned with platform standards
- Develop and support integrations with internal and external systems using APIs and middleware tools
- Develop and optimize batch Apex and asynchronous processes, with consideration for governor limits and performance
- Participate in QA processes, including unit testing, system testing, and support of release deployments (FLAG)
- Support implementation efforts for new business units onboarding to Salesforce, including configuration, development, and testing
- Support ongoing enhancements to improve platform usability, performance, and scalability
- Collaborate with CRM team members and stakeholders to translate technical requirements into effective solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 2+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform
- Strong experience with Apex (classes, triggers), with exposure to batch and asynchronous processing
- Proficiency with Salesforce declarative tools, including Flows and data model configuration
- Experience with debugging and basic performance optimization, with an understanding of governor limits
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment processes
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working within complex or highly customized Salesforce environments
Nice to have
- Experience working with managed packages and extending functionality within their constraints (e.g., InvestorFlow)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (or higher) certification
- Experience in financial services or private equity environments
- Experience supporting or participating in Salesforce implementations or major system rollouts
- This position is in the office 4 days/week.

Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is $105,000 - $128,000.
- The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting.
- An employee may also be eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation based on performance.
