Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate leads and build a robust client pipeline through networking, prospecting, and personal marketing efforts.
  • Our professional support team handles client intake, document gathering, and appraisal bookings, acting as a seamless extension of your business.
  • We're not looking for mortgage experience-we're looking for raw sales talent and entrepreneurial drive.
  • Your ability to build a self-sustaining business through strategic referral partners and a robust pipeline is the foundation we'll build upon.
  • Along with the support of a dedicated team of real estate and mortgage professionals, users can take control of their homeownership journey, from pre-approvals to mortgage renewals and everything in between.
  • Automate Your Workflow: Our system automates the most time-consuming tasks, including: Nurturing your client pipeline and identifying new opportunities; Guiding clients step-by-step through their application; Integrating Equifax soft credit checks; Automatically requesting the correct documents from clients; Handling compliance and FINTRAC reporting.
  • Dedicated In-House Support: Our professional support team handles client intake, document gathering, and appraisal bookings, acting as a seamless extension of your business.
  • Keep Your Partners Informed: The platform automatically provides status updates to your referral partners, strengthening your relationships and ensuring transparency.

Skills

  • The estimated range provided reflects typical earnings; actual compensation will vary based on individual performance.
  • Contract details are subject to the Mortgage Representative Agreement.

Compensation

  • Receive a consistent stream of qualified leads throughout your first year, of up to 30% of your annual volume.
  • Splits are capped at $12,000.
  • Compensation for this role is commission-based.
  • The estimated range provided reflects typical earnings; actual compensation will vary based on individual performance.
