- The Pod Group is partnering with this amazing organization to place a organized, hands-on, and resourceful individual to fulfill the role of a HR Recruitment Coordinator.
- The HR Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the hiring process, including job descriptions, headhunting talent, screening and presenting the employment offer.
Responsibilities
- A growing, community-based organization that provides residential and outreach support for homeless individuals in Peel Region.
- WHY YOUR ROLE MATTERS 🔍 The HR Recruitment Coordinator manages the full-cycle recruitment process to implement strategic recruitment strategies and build an ongoing pool of candidates.
- HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT 🎯 Implement and manage recruitment strategies to fill requirements while engaging in dialogue to understand the opening and ultimately drive new solutions.
- Conduct reference checks and prepare offer documents.
- Outgoing, professional, and assertive in communication with an emphasis on building and supporting relationships.
Requirements
- WHAT YOU WILL BRING 🎓 Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field - process of pursuing or completing CHRP would be considered an asset.
- Experience with ADP is considered a strong asset.
Compensation
- $40,000 to $55,000 CAD Annually Vacancy: Current Opening
