Responsibilities

  • Support maintenance team to identify and meet KPI's
  • Build a collaborative and purposeful team by resolving conflicts as they arise, removing roadblocks, inspiring people to action, and help the team to instill positive changes in the department
  • Communicate with support departments to maintain adequate working environment
  • Support new capital equipment projects as needed
  • Effective multi-tasker in a high-volume machining area to direct and support maintenance specialists

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, Production Operations Management, plus 5 years of a maintenance or service supervisory work experience

Skills

  • Associates or technical degree in a related field plus 3 years of relevant experience, or equal combination of education and experience
  • Experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC equipment
  • Working knowledge of PLC (Allen Bradley) and robotic (Fanuc) systems
  • Experience with maintenance management systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Deep understanding in TPM and Lean/6S practices
  • Familiar with maintenance KPI's such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Mean Time Between Failures, and Mean Time to Repair

  • The Senior Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the operation of the Scroll Machining Maintenance Department. You will be responsible for providing the highest levels of safety, equipment availability, performance, and reliability in an automated machining department.
