About the role
- Reporting to the Head Coach, this position has the responsibility for assisting the head coach with all aspects of a Division I Lacrosse program.
Responsibilities
- Coach, develop, and implement player and team development through practice and conditioning activities.
Compensation
- This is a full-time, 12-month position.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Coach, develop, and implement player and team development through practice and conditioning activities.
- Organizes and conducts practices and games.
- Provides academic counseling and monitoring of Student-Athlete progress.
- Assists with scheduling, team travel, and equipment.
- Recruits quality student-athletes.
