Successful candidates must be able to produce and manage a profitable book of business through a wholesale only, limited distribution model.
Specific experience or fundamental ability to present & defend book dynamics/profile in reinsurance treaty meetings.
As a unit leader, set the example of expected performance by producing new business in addition to the required product management duties.

15+ years of insurance experience specifically underwriting in the E&S environment CPCU and/or ARM professional insurance designation strongly preferred.

$175,000 - $250,000 + Bonus Potential & Participation in our Competitive Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Program.
The above pay range is for all US-based roles based on function and level, benchmarked against companies of similar size and scope.

We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and the opportunity for annual long-term incentive stock grants.
