Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer department functions including operating budgets, staffing, wage reviews, work assignments, performance evaluations, bid results and archives, etc.

Requirements

  • Ability to work under time pressure, continual deadlines and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
  • Effective oral an written communication skills as required for the position
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a business-related field
  • Up to 10% or as required

Nice to have

  • Advanced management or technical training preferred

Compensation

  • $158,500.00-$208,100.00 Annual
  • The pay range for this role is what we expect to pay for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description.
  • Candidate's pay can vary based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.

  • The Chief Estimator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the division's estimating program providing technical and administrative direction to ensure corporate objectives are met.
