About the role

  • The Freddie Mac Single Family team seeks an experienced Customer Relations Management Senior to lead and advance the Seller Engagement organization's long-term strategy and drive initiatives that achieve business goals.
  • This role is pivotal in influencing new Seller business decisions, shaping pricing strategies, and developing channels for the adoption and distribution of Freddie Mac tools and technology through Secondary Market Advisors (SMAs).

Responsibilities

  • You will pursue challenges that deliver impactful solutions for Seller Engagement, collaborate effectively with peers and senior leadership, and represent the department in various forums.
  • Support the development and execution of organizational strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Solve problems using innovative approaches, leveraging insights to create effective solutions.
  • Develop and implement management reporting for projects, programs, and initiatives across Single Family.
  • Conduct research and analysis on operational effectiveness, processes, and partners.
  • Freddie Mac partners with BountyJobs for contingency search business through outside firms.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to senior leadership.
  • Employees exercise this responsibility by executing against policies and procedures and adhering to privacy & security obligations as required via training programs.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • advanced studies/degree, preferred 5-7 years of relevant experience in residential mortgage
  • primary and/or secondary mortgage market experience in capital markets, operations, sales, or technology.
  • Mortgage Capital Markets experience is a plus.
  • Tableau and Salesforce experience preferred
  • proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and executive presentations.

Compensation

  • This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $108,000 - $145,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
