Responsibilities
- Gain insight into the roles and responsibilities of core support departments via department rotations within the corporate sector, fostering a comprehensive understanding of their contribution to the branch network.
- Develop an inspirational management and leadership style that will cultivate an environment of high performance through employee development and performance management.
- Lead staff meetings to address internal and branch objectives, and set priorities related to business development goals, operations and customer service.

- Ability to inspire and drive results through coaching and mentorship.

Requirements
- Acquire proficiency in all retail banking branch roles through structured in-branch training rotations.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities or special assignments as required.
- Throughout the program, the Management Associate will gain the skills required to manage a branch independently, overseeing teller operations, platform activities, and ancillary functions, while supporting branch management in achieving business development, customer service, and operational goals that drive profitability.
Skills
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business strongly preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail banking preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Proven customer service and sales expertise.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and sound decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of banking products and services preferred.
- Effective problem-solving proficiency.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with computers, particularly the Microsoft Office suite, is preferred.
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational aptitude, and capability to multitask.
- Licensed Notary Public in New York State preferred.
Compensation
- $55,000 - $65,000
