About the role
- Launchpad Preschool is looking to hire Preschool Teachers!
- Knowledge as a parent or in the previous work experience of the social, emotional and creative needs of young children.
Responsibilities
- Plans with the Director and implements the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule using the Your Center Name curriculum outlines and materials.
- Maintains The Launchpad Preschool professional attitude and work behavior.
- Maintains overall professional personal appearances adhering to the guidelines offered in the training manual.
- Friendliness - Maintains a positive attitude towards others; alert to the moods and needs of others.
- Accepts responsibility for own errors.
- Integrity - Maintains wholesome interpersonal relationships free of gossip about other staff or parents.
- Dependability - Performs responsibilities as promised.
Requirements
- Relocate before starting work (Required)
- Ability to relate positively with young children.
- Plans with the Director all required parent-teacher conferences and student evaluations.
- Attends all required staff meetings, workshops and/or school functions as determined by the Director.
- CPR, AED, and First Aid training required.
- Must have a fingerprinting and/or criminal investigation report completed and passed.
- Must be able to pass drug testing
- Melbourne, FL 32934: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Compensation
- $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 40 per week
