Responsibilities
- Manage OR workflow, case flow, and resource allocation to maintain on‑time starts and smooth surgical throughput.
- Maintain accountability for equipment readiness, sterile processing needs, and perioperative supply availability.
- Staff Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, evaluate, and support perioperative RNs, OR techs, supervisors, sterile processing teams, and anesthesia support staff.
- Support ongoing training, professional development, and competency validation for Surgical Services staff.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and multidisciplinary teams to support optimal perioperative outcomes.
- Administrative & Quality Leadership Manage Surgical Services budget, staffing models, and productivity targets.
- Lead perioperative quality initiatives, performance improvement, and patient satisfaction programs.

- CNOR certification preferred (or ability to obtain within one year).
- Strong knowledge of OR workflow, staffing models, surgical scheduling, and perioperative financial management.
Compensation
