Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and oversee the Individual Treatment Plan (ITP), ensuring that goals and services respect the child's and family's values, culture, language, and preferences.
  • Provide 1:1, in-person intervention to children with ASD, using evidence-based strategies such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support skill acquisition and reduce barrier behaviors.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress, adjust interventions when needed, and support data-based decision making.
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment during all therapy sessions, whether delivered in the home setting, or via telehealth.
  • Communicate regularly with team members and Behavior Technicians to review progress, share recommendations, and support consistent treatment implementation.
  • We utilize positive reinforcement within an ABA framework to build skills, teach new abilities, and reduce behaviors that limit independence.
  • In this role, you will deliver early intensive intervention services for children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs.
  • You will conduct assessments, develop and modify Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs), and oversee program implementation in the home and community.
  • The Level 1 Provider collaborates closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary partners to support meaningful progress in communication, social development, and daily living skills.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary; $23.85 to $35 per hour depending on experience.

  • Hold a master's or doctoral degree in behavioral health, child development, or a related field (e.g., psychology, mental health, social work, special education, speech pathology, occupational therapy).
  • Document all services, sessions, and treatment updates in accordance with EIDBI health service record requirements.
  • Provide caregiver training, education, and support to promote generalization of skills in daily routines and home environments.
  • Part-time / Full-time Flexible hours between 7am and 8 pm, depending on patient availability.
