Responsibilities
- With more than 115 years of construction experience, the company has played a vital role in building America's critical infrastructure, ranging from railroads and highways to dams and mines.
- Lead Assistant Superintendents, Forepersons, craft, and subs; set direction and coach
- Own field safety-enforce regulations, lead orientations/JHAs, manage lifts/DOT/telehandlers, and incidents
- Drive quality to the Project Quality Plan and Blattner standards; set specs/craftsmanship expectations for craft and subcontractors
- Partner with the Site Manager and other superintendents, support owner communications/negotiations
- 5+ years supervising self-perform civil/grading crews (earthwork, grading, roads, drainage, foundations)
Requirements
- Proven field planning and cost/schedule control across labor, equipment, materials, and subs
- ability to read specs/drawings and align work to the plan
- Utility-scale experience in mass grading, roads/drainage, erosion control, and foundations
- Four-year degree in a construction or engineering related field

- $111,258.00 - $161,324.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
