About the role
- You'll work closely with software engineers, deployment strategists, sales, and customers.
Responsibilities
- Own a product area from requirements through launch and iteration
- Build the map to get us there, and drive the team toward it
- Partner daily with engineering and deployment strategists to turn each customer build into durable, reusable product
- Define and maintain the standards that keep engineering, deployment, and leadership aligned
- Strong technical fluency to collaborate deeply with engineers on real system tradeoffs
- Our AI platform streamlines critical workflows across revenue cycle, clinical operations, and administrative functions, helping providers and payers operate more efficiently and deliver better patient care.
Requirements
- 3-8 years in product management, or a closely related customer-facing technical role
- A track record of shipping - owning a product area and driving it to outcomes, not just strategy decks
- Proven ability to translate customer complexity into modular, reusable solutions
- Lively in-person (required 5 days per week) work culture at our headquarters in downtown San Francisco or in our NYC office

- $200,000 - $250,000 depending on experience + equity + benefits
