Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will support the operation and reliability of production and facility equipment at our Archbold, Ohio manufacturing plant.
- You will work independently and with the maintenance team to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems
- Maintain accurate records, inventories, and a clean and organized work environment (5S)
- Lead by example and support a collaborative team environment

Requirements

Nice to have
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals
- Follow all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and Lock Out/Tag Out procedures
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices including sanitation, hygiene, and waste disposal
- 2-year technical degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Journeyman certification preferred
- Willingness to progress through Tradesman, Journeyman, and Craftsman levels based on hours and program requirements
- Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
- Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
