LotusWorks is an Engineering Services provider specializing in managing Commissioning, Construction Services, Calibration, Operations & Maintenance scopes of work within global manufacturing facilities.

Our team of Engineering and Technical professionals is immersed in cutting-edge technologies and innovations.

Support lookahead planning (2-week / 6-week schedules) and assist in identifying potential schedule impacts.
Identify and escalate field issues, including design conflicts, material shortages, and installation challenges.
Assist with resolution of RFIs (Requests for Information) and coordinate with engineering teams to clarify design intent.
Support system turnover and commissioning activities by coordinating punch list completion and readiness.
Maintain accurate field documentation, including daily reports, issue logs, and progress tracking tools.

Skills Required:
3-5 years of experience in construction coordination, field engineering, or similar role (internship experience considered).
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil), is required, however, Journeyman level trade experience will be applicable.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and escalate issues proactively.
