About the role
- The Technical Sales & Applications Program (TSAP) is NXP's early-career development program for new college graduates pursuing customer-facing technical roles within NXP's Global Sales & Marketing (GSM) organization.
- TSAP prepares participants for long-term careers as Technical Sales Engineers (TSEs) or Field Applications Engineers (FAEs) through a combination of structured learning and on-the-job experience.
- On-the-Job Training includes territory or customer assignments including participating in customer meetings, technical reviews, assisting with evaluations and demos, and progressively taking ownership of technical responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, applications, and product teams to drive design wins
- Lead customer engagements and internal reviews
- Develop technical depth while maintaining a system-level perspective
Requirements
- Recent Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (Spring 2025-Spring 2026 graduates)
