Responsibilities

- Maintain engineering documentation, BOMs, engineering change orders, and technical records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with equipment design, testing, IQ/OQ/FAT, and process improvement.
- Experience working with external vendors and equipment suppliers.
- Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment design and operation.
- Ability to manage multiple engineering projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, OTC, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with GMP requirements.
- Experience supporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.

Compensation
- $95,000-$110,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
