About the role
- 5+ years of Environmental, Health, and Safety (ESH) experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Working knowledge of regulatory guidelines for Health and Safety, Environmental, and Life Safety Codes.
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
- Must wear company-provided ESD safety-toed shoes, smock, and other PPE in required areas

Compensation
- The expected annual salary range for this role is $96,000 - $120,000 a year depending on experience.

- The Lead Environmental, Health, and Safety (ESH) Specialist serves as a strategic partner for leading all ESH and Security related topics within the new greenfield manufacturing plant.
- The ESH role ensures the implementation and continuous improvement of all site programs for Environmental, Health, Safety and Security compliance.
- This position collaborates with corporate / regional / divisional environmental protection and Health and Safety for conformance to internal standards.
