Requirements
- Technical recruiting expertise:
- Proven ability to source and close strong engineering candidates in competitive markets.
Nice to have
- At least 5+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in high-growth startups or DevTool / AI companies.
- Experience hiring technical talent (especially engineers) is essential.
