As an Account Director at Talk Shop, you will play a leadership role across a portfolio of top-tier clients, acting as both a strategic advisor and operational lead.
You bring deep expertise in public relations, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to build trust with senior client stakeholders.
You will also lead and mentor a growing team, contribute to business development, and play a key role in shaping the overall success and profitability of the agency.
Lead and manage a portfolio of top-tier clients
Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive-level client contacts

5+ years of PR or communications experience, preferably within an agency environment.
Proven experience managing senior client relationships is essential, as strategic counsel and customer growth is a core focus of this wrong.
Demonstrated leadership experience with a passion for mentoring and team development
Track record of contributing to business development and revenue growth
