- The Director serves as the institution's IPEDS keyholder and as a member of the research team within RADAR.
Responsibilities
- A successful Director will be ready to help the team navigate new systems, support the implementation of a data warehouse, and lead the development of new reports and dashboards.
Requirements
- Experience with dashboarding software such as Tableau, Power BI, or Colleague Insights.
- Additional experience with advanced functions in Excel, SPSS, PowerPoint, written and verbal communication, project management.
- Familiarity with research methodology and data quality assurance practices.
- Familiarity with software implementation and development of new reporting environments.

Nice to have
- At least two years of writing SQL queries.
- Experience with reporting using Colleague preferred.
