About the role
- This role is responsible for contract guard performance, operational security standards, and driving issues through to closure in partnership with Operations, Facilities, IT, and customer security stakeholders.
- Based in Norther Virginia or New Albany, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site audits/post inspections; document findings and drive corrective actions to closure.
- Manage vendor escalations and accountability for repeat issues and staffing quality.
- Support incident triage, escalation, documentation quality, and follow-up.
- Support rollout and adherence to EdgeConneX operational security standards and procedures.
- Support internal/external audits (evidence, reporting, closure).
Requirements
- Up to 35% travel is required with oversight of contract security officers through vendor management and operational controls.
