- The Engineering Manager - Sheet Metal and Assemblies position is a dynamic leadership role responsible for driving the successful execution of engineering projects by managing technical performance, budgets, schedules, and team development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multiple complex product development projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time while guiding and supporting the engineering team.
- Make sound technical and project decisions to resolve challenges, maintain project momentum, and provide clear direction.
- Apply product development expertise to anticipate risks, overcome technical challenges, and drive successful project execution from concept through launch.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Nice to have
- 8+ years of development engineering experience and 3+ years of engineering leadership experience required.
- Skills: Proven experience in the complete product development process, including New Product Introduction (NPI) into manufacturing is required.
- Datacenter and enterprise knowledge preferred, including experience with structure cabling or sheet metal manufacturers making cases or enclosures.
Skills
- Proven experience in the complete product development process, including New Product Introduction (NPI) into manufacturing is required.
- Unigraphics experience a plus.
- Travel: 10% travel both domestic and international

Compensation
- The expected annual base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $155,000.
- This role qualifies for an incentive plan based on individual and company performance.
