About the role
- We are looking for a Wholesale Intern to join the KHAITE team for this Fall '26 Semester.
- This role will be based out of the NYC HQ offices, and is unpaid and for college credit only.
Responsibilities
- Support the Wholesale team with day-to-day account management and administrative responsibilities across domestic and international partners.
- Help maintain accurate order tracking, account information, and wholesale reports to support business operations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Production, Logistics, and Customer Service, to help ensure timely order execution and delivery.
- Conduct competitive research and analyze market trends to support wholesale strategy, account planning, and business development initiatives.

Requirements
- The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
- The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and taste or smell.
Nice to have
- Prior internship or work experience in wholesale or customer-centric industry.
- Luxury experience is preferred.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for luxury retail, wholesale, and operational excellence
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Education/Experience:
- Currently enrolled for a Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as the Google Suite
- Prior internship or work experience in wholesale or customer-centric industry. Luxury experience is preferred.
