About the role

This role focuses on making production leaner, smarter, and more efficient by building clear, repeatable processes on the shop floor. • opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency Implement Lean manufacturing principles within cabinet production (cutting, assembly, finishing, and installation prep) Create, document, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) Improve organization of materials, tooling, and production flow Manage and support production staff, ensuring
