About the role

  • Empire State Realty Trust (ESRT) is seeking a Custodian to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Clean all corridors, grills, louvers, saddles, tracks, and ceiling vents of dust and debris build up.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with co-workers.

  • The Custodian will be responsible for cleaning commercial building common areas and office space including kitchen and restroom maintenance.

  • Adaptable - you are a self-starter who's able to quickly digest and execute new processes to work both collaboratively and independently
