About the role
- This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and organizational standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow modernization initiatives, including new implementations, upgrades, and enhancements Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and system integrators Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication, status reporting, and issue escalation Drive alignment between ServiceNow solutions and business objectives across the organization Facilitate project governance activities, steering committee updates, and executive communications Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the delivery lifecycle Support change management and adoption efforts to ensure successful rollout of ServiceNow solutions Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and public-sector governance requirements Key
