This leader will design, build and operate our developer products and Otto superagent.
Lead and scale the engineering organization responsible for Workato's developer platform, including developer tools, SDKs, IDE extensions, APIs, and platform services.
Partner with Product Management and executive leadership to shape platform strategy, define engineering priorities, and execute against company objectives.
Collaborate with Workato's AI researchers to ideate, prototype, validate, and ship AI developer-facing tools.
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering organization, including engineering managers and senior individual contributors.
Drive delivery of developer-facing products, including the Workato CLI, VS Code Extension, language SDKs, and related platform capabilities.
Partner closely with Product, Design, Marketing, Developer Relations, and AI Research teams to bring new platform capabilities to market.

10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years leading product-focused engineering organizations and engineering leaders.
Experience using telemetry, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making to improve product adoption and platform performance.
