About the role
- Success requires strong organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and comfort working in environments where processes, timelines, and project details may continue to evolve.
- Provide management oversight for each project assigned
- Understand and communicate the project schedule to internal and customer project teams and resources
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationship during the project
- Manage to the contract to assure compliance
- Maintain the project plan and its associated components with frequent updates to internal and customer stakeholders
- Maintain a high standard of customer service, evidenced by consistently achieving high customer satisfaction ratings upon project completion
- Manage customer expectations and develop internal and external relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects or project phases simultaneously
- Support projects where not all requirements are fully defined at the outset, partnering with internal teams and customers to help clarify needs as implementations progress.
Requirements
- 3+ years of external customer-facing project related experience required
Skills
- Willingly engage in self and professional improvement training utilizing both internal and external training tools and classes.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Compensation
- $74,000.00 to $110,000.00
- Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
- For fully remote positions, compensation will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local wage laws, including minimum wage requirements, based on the employee's primary work location.
