- American Income Life is looking for an Agent Licensing Manager to join the team!
- In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of an agent, including onboarding, appointments, and compliance operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of methods to maintain timeliness and efficiency of workflows.
- Collaborate with supervisors to create and implement training materials and processes.
- Partner with business units to resolve field or downstream issues impacting agents.
- Build cross-functional partnerships to ensure agents receive proper support and to close workflow gaps.

Nice to have
- Minimum typing requirement of 40-45 wpm with excellent alpha and number recognition skills.
- Associate degree with a focus in Business Management or equivalent related work experience (4+ years).
- 2+ years in a leadership role, preferably supervising other supervisors.
- Insurance background, especially in agent licensing, preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint, including mail merges, database queries, and advanced spreadsheet functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to grammar and detail.
- Ability to analyze information, make logical conclusions, and recommend solutions.
- High level of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality.
